Video Production I've worked on:
In 2010 we decided to our video collective "The Parkdale Butchers." Our role is Producer on the following music videos we made for our band "A Primitive Evolution." As of 2011 we have teamed up with Director Peter J Ardvidsson from ELEKTRIK PLAYGROUND for our latest videos.
Sound Design on the Anti-Racism PSA "The Girl With Pinhead Parents"
I worked with Karen Bliss on mixing and sound design for her PSA.
The use of many different sources of dialogue recordings made it challenging to match each of the characters in the final mix. I was given a range of audio from hand held recordings of Chris Bosh to studio quality records of Nelly Furtado and Lights and then blended them to match one another.
I also did sound design adding all the sound fx needed for this clip.
Due to film festival deadlines I was very strapped for time in the delivery of the final mix for this.
In the end I think we came out with an excellent sounding short that has done very well virally on YouTube.
